From Concept to Completion

How it works

We begin with a free 15–20 minute phone consultation to understand your property, goals, and answer initial questions about cost and timeline. If your lot qualifies, we schedule a site visit to walk the yard, review utilities and access, and discuss budget and ADU options. By the end of this step, you’ll know if your property is a good fit and the best path forward.

Step 2: Proposal, Design & Engineering

After the site visit, we provide a clear written proposal outlining scope, price range, and payment schedule. Once you confirm layout and finishes, we handle all design and engineering, including architectural and site plans. This step ends with permit-ready plans approved by you.

Step 3: Permits & Approvals

We submit plans to the city, manage comments, coordinate inspections, and handle HOA requirements if needed. You’ll simply sign required forms. The goal is to secure approved permits and clearance to build.

Step 4: Construction & Completion

With permits in hand, we manage the full build from foundation to final finishes. We coordinate all trades, provide milestone updates, and deliver a completed ADU that’s ready to furnish and use.
