How much does an ADU cost in Fort Worth?
Most ADUs vary depending on size, finishes, site conditions, utilities, and permitting requirements. After a site visit, we provide a detailed proposal based on your property and goals.
How long does the process take?
Most ADUs take between 4–6 months from design to final completion, depending on size and permitting timelines.
Do you handle the permits?
Yes—we take care of all permitting and approvals. You won’t have to deal with the city directly.
What’s included in your turnkey service?
Our turnkey service can include design, plans, permitting, foundation, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, finishes, and final walkthrough.
Can I customize the floor plan or finishes?
Yes! While we offer proven layout options to keep things efficient, every ADU is customizable. We’ll work with your vision and budget to tailor the design, materials, and finishes.
Who manages the construction?
We do. You’ll work directly with us throughout the process. We’re hands-on, local, and only take on a select number of projects at a time so we can give yours the full attention it deserves.
Can I rent out my ADU legally in Fort Worth?
Yes, in most cases. Fort Worth allows ADUs to be rented out, but the unit must meet all code requirements and be permitted properly. We’ll guide you through the city’s latest regulations.
