Our free phone consultation takes about 15–20 minutes.

- Answer your initial questions about cost, timeline, and process
- Explain next steps if your lot qualifies
- Outcome: By the end of the call, you’ll know if your property is a good fit and how to move forward with a site visit.
Site Visit & Feasibility
We do: Walk the yard, check utilities/access/trees/slopes, discuss models & budget.
You do: 60–90 min walkthrough.
Outcome: Feasibility notes + recommended model(s)
Prepare for Your Site Visit (Checklist)
- Unlock side yard/gates; secure pets
- Clear access path to proposed ADU area
- Flag sprinklers/drains if known
- Have your survey/plat handy (if available)
- Plan for 60–90 minutes
Clear Proposal
We do: Provide a clear scope, allowances, and a price range.
What you do: Choose options (finishes, layout tweaks), confirm budget.
Outcome: Written proposal with inclusions/exclusions and payment schedule.
Design & Engineering
We do: Plan set (site plan, architectural, structural/MEP as needed).
You do: Approve layout & finishes.
Outcome: Permit-ready plans.
Permits & Approvals
We do: City submittal, comments, inspections scheduling; HOA docs if applicable.
You do: Sign city/HOA forms.
Outcome: Approved permits.
Build
We do: Foundation → framing → MEP → insulation/drywall → interior/exterior finishes → utility tie-ins.
You do: Milestone check-ins; we handle trades & schedule.
Outcome: Completed ADU, ready to furnish.
