With a background in real estate and construction management, he ensures every ADU is built with precision, transparency, and care. Jacob’s favorite part of the job? The friendly voice on the other end of the phone, Michelle makes sure every client feels heard and supported. From scheduling consultations to answering your first questions, she keeps communication smooth and stress-free. Her warm, organized approach helps clients feel at ease from day one.

Lead Project Manager

Jaime is the craftsman behind the scenes, overseeing the crews and making sure every build meets our high standards. With 15 years of experience in residential construction, he’s known for his attention to detail and problem-solving skills on the job site. Whether it’s framing, finishes, or final touches, Jaime ensures your ADU is built to last.
